We deliver strategic conversion infrastructure, digital messaging architecture, and designated implementation advisory. Every authorized deliverable is explicitly cataloged in your executed Scope of Work prior to project initiation. We do not provide unlisted ancillary services, speculative software engineering, or unapproved third-party vendor management without an executed written addendum signed by both parties.
We make no representations, promises, or legal warranties regarding specific gross revenues, commercial profitability, lead volume, or return on investment. Business outcomes depend entirely on your operational fulfillment, macroeconomic shifts, sales execution, and client management. Historical case studies reflect isolated past performance and do not represent a standard baseline or warranty of future earnings.
You retain complete, exclusive, and unencumbered ownership of all advertising accounts, CRM data repositories, registered domains, and creative property created under this engagement. We operate strictly as authorized delegates. We will never restrict administrative access, withhold account permissions, or place proprietary liens on your core business assets upon contract termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our cumulative aggregate liability arising from or connected to our services: whether founded in contract, tort, negligence, or statutory indemnity: is strictly capped at the total professional service fees remitted by you over the preceding two (2) calendar months. In no circumstance shall either party be liable for punitive, consequential, or indirect commercial damages.
